    Order Processing and Delivery:
    • Orders that meet the release conditions (payment confirmed, credit available, and in-stock items) will be shipped from us within 24 hours during working days.

    • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning products, while www.thepartshome.eu will cover the shipping cost of replacement items.
    • Returns should be sent directly to our address provided. We do not offer return pickups, and packages sent to service points may be returned if we do not receive timely notifications or cannot arrange pickups.
    • Rejected returns (e.g., those with man-made damages, expired warranties, or no defects found for distributor customers) will be returned to the buyer with their next order or shipped exclusively with charged shipping.
